So I see all these posts here and what I'm wondering is how do people who are more successful with this problem manage to relax in situations? What works best for you and what techniques would you suggest to people that are not as adept with relaxation.

Personally what works best is to just take about a minute before you may be walking into a situation and take deep breaths, visualizing/feeling your breath moving through your body and imagine forcing out your bad thoughts and stresses, physically feel your heart rate/breathing rate slowing.

That and remembering that other people are most likely not judging, and maybe if they really are then they aren't the best people to be talking to anyway.

So what are your suggestions?
