i seriously cba anymore with sa, i'm trying to change my lifestyle in order to make it a lot better. some changes are silly, but it makes myself feel atleast i'm doing SOMETHING. here's a list, if anyone has any other things i could do that would help, feel free to add them!

1) started 30mg of citalopram
2) exercise daily
3) drink plenty of water
4) 'tap' (emotional freedom technique)
5) drink camomile + green tea
6) slow exposure to social situations
5) go to CBT appointments
6) take vitamin tablets
7) RETAIL THERAPY!

8) Build up self-esteem
9) Learn some relaxation techniques to use in social situations (though this might fall under CBT, I don't know).
