Hi there! It's difficult to recommend music without having any idea what you might like - throw us a bone!

This is one of my favourite songs ever. It's death metal, and the lyrics are rather sad, so you have been warned :p

Thats funny because im a fan of Amon Amarth. I like all genres from old country to techno to death metal, but mostly less mainstream artists .
And to JPH ive never heard anything like that not sure if i like it or not yet .

Sapposmittz sounds good from what i just heard. A total mix of genres.
Bauhaus reminds me of iggy pop. Both the performance and the actually music. Which is good. And the Fall has a Babyshambles like sound which is also awesome. Ill def be looking into these bands.

Glad you like teh Saposmittz! If you live in the UK, you might like Terrorrizer magazine. What I like about it is the Fear Candy compilation CDs you get with it. I've discovered so many awesome new (and old) bands, including Saposmittz, by listening to Fear Candy.

I dunno what you're into (or what you've already heard) but if you like indie/alternative type things then Decemberists, Pomplamoose, Julia Nunes, Fields, Joshua Radin, The New Pornographers, The Grammatics and Cherry Ghost are all awesome

I'd have to recomend grizzly bear and main source. The first one is like folky indie rock and the other is hip hop.

Bjork is also wonderful in a very weird way. Very artistically encouraging although I do express some level of ambivalence toward a few of her works.

She looks great as well ;)
