anyone know what im on about here?

every now and then, maybe once every 2 - 3 months i seem to have a type of panic attack in my sleep, when im sort of half awake / half asleep. like im having a panic attack as a result of some kind of dream. im aware i had it cos im half awake - half asleep.

what seems to be the major problem is for the rest of that particular day i get maybe 10 - 15 panic attacks that come out of the blue. seems to trigger somthing off in my mind....i could be sat on the toilet or running the treadmill at gym. doesnt matter where. il then go a couple of months without them, except for the usual social anxiety symptoms.
