Yes to your first question although I would venture to say that the effects benzos have on people are not so varied as the responses people have to SSRI's.Are benzos like SSRI's in that some work for some people and they have different effects on different people?
What are the differences between the different benzos like Ativan, Xanax, etc... Why do some people prefer Ativan while others prefer Xanax?
You could find the molecular differences in those different benzos but you won't know how each of them will make you feel until you actually try them yourself. People have unique med preferences because of our unique brain chemistry. One size does not fit all, so to speak, or else their would only be one med on the market.
