oh god oh god oh god, how do you manage public speaking anxiety?

i have a presentation on tuesday which i'm already FREAKING OUT over. i can't get it out of my head, and each time i try to study and focus on the subject of my presentation, i start sweating and shaking and picturing what a disaster it will be. UGH. it is a group task, and isn't even that complex and important, but i'll be exposed. how do you guys deal with these situations? i'm sure this kind of anxiety isn't rare around here.

and sorry if this has been covered numerous times on this forum. but i had to vent.
