I’m thinking of taking Propranolol for my physical anxiety symptoms ie: handshaking, tremors, spasms but from what I read it also makes your heart rate and blood pressure drop. I have low BP like 95/60 most of the time and 55 bpm heart rate, so this drug would not apply to me right?

It's in a class of blood pressure drugs called beta blockers. This is what beta blockers are supposed to do in treating high blood pressure.

I would assume your dose would have to be kept really low if you took it at all given that 95/60 is already a really low BP and a pulse of 55 is quite low as well.

I doubt a responsible doctor will prescribe you Inderal (Propranolol), as your blood pressure & pulse rate are already low enough.
