I've cried quite a lot over the last month. Usually not much more than about 10 seconds but last night was about 5 minutes. I'm still feeling low. My mood tends to go up and down quite a lot though.

I've been pretty stressed recently: difficult assignment right before Christmas, exam revision right after Christmas for an exam on Friday and social failure involving a crush. I think I'm even having a bit of a relapse with Avoidance. I'm returning to university on Friday and I'm planning how I can keep out of everyone's way.

Maybe it's just the unknown of seeing that former crush again. I'm worrited I make her uncomfortable just by being around. I don't want to ruin her time at university.
