Hey, well I know this is a very geeky thing to admit, but I'm a DDR addict. I've never enjoyed or have been good at a physical activity remotely as much as I do DDR. The best thing is that it's not only exercise, but it also takes a brain. I forget about EVERYTHING when I am playing this game. I always did puzzles and stuff to try and forget my anxiety, but this one is really effective because it gets your mind off everything and it gives the anxiety-releaving benefits of exercise.

Great game. I'm a DDR addict as well, although I don't play very often anymore, as my Cobalt Flux pad doesn't work too well anymore. My skill level peaked at around 9-10 footers, although now I'm down to about 6-7 (you lose your endurance pretty quickly!) It's nice to see other DDR geeks out there :) Have you played In the Groove just recently released by RedOctane?

If you have a ps2 you can get the game most stores.

You can also buy pads for it aswell, but they will run you anywhere from 20 for cheap ones, to over 100-200 for nice ones.
