I went to this lake by my house today and went swimming. I saw this little girl swim towards me and I said hi to her and asked what she was doing. Then I found myself involved with her and her brother who were being chased by her other brother. I felt kind of bad though because he kept on pushing them in the water. I didn't know what to do, but I suggested that the girl tell her grandma, who was there with them. I thought this was a really good triumph. My psychologist told me to start a conversation with one person a day by saying hi and asking a question. This was the first time I was able to do it. I was surprised at what I was able to accomplish. :banana

thats great! congrats. i have just recently finally come to the realization that the reason i dont like kids isnt because i just dont like them...its because its so hard for me to even talk to kids. isnt that ridiculous. i get nervous talking to kids. i mean come on. its even worse when their parents are around watching me.
my goal is also to say to one person and start a conversation each day. it is really quite difficult. but i feel really bad about not saying hi first, i am starting to think that people think i am a *****. i really try to not seem like one. cant wait to get on meds. good luck with your goals!
