junior in college...in a sorority (although we dont live together) and i think people are starting to wonder why i never speak up about anythign (im actually on the executive board- dont ask why)...i need help quick...I feel panicky about my whole situation right now...can someone who has gone through CBT please give me some basic tools i can use to calm myself down?

yeah i am doing it at school and somewhere off campus ha...if you cant tell ive been one huge ball of panic and stress lately so i signed up for two counseling places and i am going to see which works better
