Paroxetine + Ritalin or Adderal

Is there any problem in mixing Paroxetine with Ritalin or Adderal? Anybody know the risks?

I researched a little bit but didnt find anything reliable, but found that they combine really hard.

I take Paxil with Adderall XR. I've also taken the combination of Paxil with Ritalin or Paxil with Adderall IR. I am still alive. I take Paxil and Adderall XR along with the rest of the meds in my sig. They are safe for me =)
