Hi all,
I have recently started looking into "online volunteering" as a means of trying to make my CV look better. The only thing is that I can't seem to be able to find many opportunities so if anyone knows of any sites or something (I'll pretty much do anything), then please share :).

oooh!!! got one for ya - CharityJOB...... I think it's .com? you can google it.

you can register for a weekly email alert from them. Towards the bottom is a list of all kinds of volunteering opportunties, including the occasional online thing. Good luck!

Just because a company or organization doesn't actively advertise for volunteers, doesn't mean they wouldn't take someone.

I'd suggest you pick out someone you want to work for, then call or email them, asking if they do volunteer internships. If they don't or if they give you the runaround, move on to another company.
