I got a lot of chores done around the house. Mowed the lawn and watered. And other things. This time off from work I have some time to take care of my home, well actually my parents home but I still live here because of my severe anxiety and SA. But I earn my keep.

Felt really good to be out in the sun though it was VERY hot but I kept a spray bottle with me.

I think I burned off a lot of anger and I guess that general depressed mood because I did not feel depressed after being out in the sun.It is kind of a cure for the blues. :banana

Apparently the sun increases the seratonin in your brain, so it makes you happier. Thats why people get the "blues" in the winter because they don't see the sun to often.

Anyways, back to topic... Its great that you felt better! :D
