yup, flax seed oil is a better source for Omega 3's. I just take a tablespoon of flax seed oil each day. Tastes okthecurerules said:flax seed/oil is good too.
As for anxiety disorders, yes, it helps. It's pretty complicated. And your body also can't develop Omega 3 on it's own, so if levels are low, then it just means your diet isn't providing it.
