Hello all,

This is the first time I have posted on here so please be patient with me :lurk.

Went out drinking again, fooled myself into thinking it would be a great night. As usual I made a total arse of myself and talked and danced to random people.

This fills me with dread the next day as I feel everybody knows what tool I am.

Gonna try not to do this again when I drink, any tips?.. :help

First of all, you may not have made an arse of yourself as you think you did. Even if you did make an arse of yourself, a considerable percentage of the people around you will be too drunk to remember lol.

I have this same exact problem, and I find it helps to try to pay attention to how much I'm drinking. It sounds simple but it's so easy to lose track and just go for "moar!" because it's fun. Find the spot where you feel relaxed, and nurse your drink for a while. When the buzz starts to fade, add a little more drink until you're back to "feeling good," but not *drunk*
