Yeah sorry to just jump in here right away but I'm leaving in like 45 minutes to see my doctor, I've done a lot of research over the past few weeks about different medications I know what will help me like stimulants and benzos/xanax.. etc because I've tried them and they really did the job.

But I'm really hoping I don't show up and he gives me SSRI's or sends me to a physc that I can't afford. Because I know neither of those will help me.

How do I get proper medication that I know will work? Any other tips, I'm an adult btw (19 living in Canada) so that will probably help my cause.

I've never taken any meds before, besides ones I tried from people I know. Other people are telling me to go in after eating hot peppers to sweat and shake and fidget a lot to get good meds, I'll try the honesty approach though.

Anyway I'll be back in about 2 hours, or so. I'll let you guys know how it went.

Yeah.. after nearly getting a panic attack in the office, and trying to calm myself while waiting. I mumbled like crazy sweating explaining to him about my anxiety and stuff, and he gave me a prescription for Citalopram and said to come back in 3 weeks.

Meh.. I'm ****ed for life.

Tomorrow I'm gonna go pick up these SSRI's.. I know it works differently for everyone so maybe I'm speaking to soon, but I know I need real upper pills like xanax,adderal,benzos..etc but I don't know what asking him directly will do for me when I see him in 3 weeks.

What should I say to get off these pills and get real ones? Also I told him about my drug history. I've stopped doing drugs entirely for the past month/two including weed to, so now hes probably weary about prescribing something besides useless pills.

You know.. I really don't want to end up taking ecstasy everyday again, it's expensive habit. And it made me lose nearly 20 pounds, I was already skinny enough to begin with. But I can't just go up and say that, it's not that I even want to use street drugs anymore, it's just that there's no other way for me to deal with this crap SA.

I just threw down $25 for these pills. I'm not very happy about that, I could have just gobbled up some vitamin pills at home for free.

I'm reading up on the negative effects of the pills right now, gonna bring them up the next time I see him, these are just making me tired and emotionless. That really doesn't solve anything, just makes me a zombie

I don't know what I was thinking, probably will never get proper medication now.. I see myself turning into one of those 35 year olds who comes in every 2 days asking for different pills/dosages. *sigh*

Well I took a blood test and I'm sure nothing has come up on it, haven't touched anything in months. Hopefully he'll cut me a little slack now.

Because I have a drug history, although none of it will come up on my test since I've been away from it for a month.
