I've just found this site and am happy to be here. I'm starting to take my anxiety issues seriously and looking for a place to connect with others. I am self-diagnosed at this point, and am actively trying to adopt more helpful habits and behavior.

Journaling has helped, and I'm trying to add exercise as a way of reducing exercise. Reducing alcohol and caffeine is going to be really tough since they are my two very favorite crutches.
