What do you do for Mother's Day? I usually get my mom a card and leave it somewhere for her to find. I want to wish her something and talk to her when I give her the card but I feel like she would think I'm being fake and just doing this because it's expected. I want to tell her that I love her and that she means a lot to me but it's hard. Anyways, what do you do and do you have any suggestions?

Make her breakfast and leave her a card (a homemade one) next to the food. That's what I always do for my mom and she always tears up. Actions speak louder than words!

I hate mother's day. When Hallmark creates these holidays, they don't realize that not everybody gets along with whoever they're supposed to be nice to on that day.

Mothers Day is in March in the UK, and all I did was send a card and ring her up that day.

Getting a card and a hanging plant for outside possibly... her birthday is at the end of the month so I usually do more for that..
