Has anyone tried this combination? Neither moclobemide nor selegiline/rasagiline have any significant dietary restrictions, and moclobemide inhibits MAO-A while selegiline inhibits MAO-B.
If you take (a high enough dose of) Moclobemide and Selegiline at the same time so that you inhibit both MAO-A and MAO-B strongly you will have to follow dietary restrictions: http://cat.inist.fr/?aModele=afficheN&cpsidt=2955528
Could you show me the Nardil (Phenelzine) study please? Thanks in advance!
When I got it right they combined 200mg Moclobemide b.d.? = b.i.d = 400mg daily + 5mg Selegiline b.d.? = b.i.d. = 10mg daily in the first study... but they could have written that more clearer.
