The next step is trying an SNRI like Effexor XR. You may also take Lyrica alone or in combination with an AD, not addicting. Trying out all SSRIs makes no sense. If 2-3 fail, then stop trying them.

Personally I think trying 2 different SSRIs is enough - eg. Lexapro and Zoloft. For a long enough time on a high enough dose.
