Well, yoga is a nice way to unwind and has made me more flexible. It has absolutely nothing over medication as far as being an effective treatment for my own psychological problems though.

I don't know about Yoga at all, but meditation helps a lot. With proper breathing it really makes those anxiety symptoms go way down. The only thing that I have trouble with is maintaining that feeling. Once I stop meditating the anxiety returns rather quickly. Anyone else have this problem, or figured out a way to make it last? I'd have to meditate all day the way things are now, and that would not be very appreciated at work :)

I got a small meditation book by Lasalle. Its good but I haven't practiced it much.
