I'm currently really happy because I have 2 people at work who I am starting to get to know better and who seem to like me as a friend. Both of them (I work with them on separate days) have suggested that me and them hang out outside of work! This rarely happens to me, and I have been working on becoming their friend for like... over 5 months now. I swear that CBT has started to pay off since I am able to relax, and be myself more around them.:boogie It can still be difficult - and I'm nervous to hang out with them. But it's a start! It's nice to know making friends is something I can do - even if it takes a bit of extra time for me.
