After a horrendous weekend, I am about to call the doctor (although I have been saying that in my head for the last 2 hours)

I think I know what I am going to say, but feel awkward about it as I know I tend to be more convincing (if that is the right expression) when I am visibly distressed.

Today, apart from the usual knot in my chest where I am worrying about various upcoming tasks and events, I am reletively calm, and I find that when I am like this, the description of my problem does not come so easily.

Any advice anyone? Or does anyone identify with this?
