I'm looking to see if there are any Iowa people 'round these parts. Preferably people from Eastern Iowa, or the nearby tri-state (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois) area. Nebraska people (i.e., people from Western Iowa :b) are fine too.

I was born and raised just east of Des Moines, but I haven't lived in Iowa since moving to the NW UP of Michigan in late 1995. I haven't been back since. My parent's ended up moving up here too a few years after I did.

I'm from Galesburg, IL. It's about 45 miles southeast-ish of the Quad Cities.

I'm about an hour north of the border. As far as I know, I'm the only Minnesota person here who isn't in the twin cities.
