Does anyone know of a CD burning app / technique that will allow me to specify more than 16 characters for a disc volume label?

I'm trying to burn the final installation disc for a program I’m installing but in order for the installation app to recognise the disc and continue with the installation it has to be given a disc with the exact label as the original, which just happens to be 18 characters long :mum

Any ideas?
