i did not know if i should put this here or the truimph over sa (did not think lifting is a sa truimph) i have been working out for at least the past month. although i have not been extremely routine with it. but i was shocked that i was able to lift 135 6 times considering i took off for 5 days. i was just too tired and fell asleep when my peeps were going to lift. i know its not much but for the first time i feel positive about weightlifting and my ability to grow muscle and definition.

That's great conscious! I've tried working out a lot, but I never stick with it. I think I'm too old to get musles. I'm 47. But I know it works. For years I weighed 120-130 and skinny as a rail. I'm 5-10 and now weigh 160. Not big, but about the right weight for my height. Maybe if I stick with it I can get buff and have all the women drool over me! :lol
