Sorry, my original thread got deleted due to a misunderstanding with the moderator, so sorry if I missed any responses in the original thread.

My question was, how do I go down to Mexico to obtain medication from a legitimiate pharmacy. I don't want to get involved with any street deals because those guys can pretty much sell me anything, and I highly doubt there will be anything I can do about it if they do sell me some faulty prodcut anyway. So, will I need a precription from a Medical Practitioner to obtain a controlled substance such as adderall or xanax from a pharmacy?

If old people do it, so can I right? Any body have any experience with this? thanks

Is Buying Drugs in Mexico Illegal Under U.S. Laws?

The interstate shipment, including importation, of unapproved new drugs is prohibited in the U.S. "Unapproved" drugs are any medicines that have not received the FDA's approval and include foreign-made versions of U.S.-approved drugs.
Controlled substances including, but not limited to, tranquilizers and pain killers, are under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

In either case, the import of a personal supply of any drug brought over the border must be declared to U.S. Customs, and you should have a valid prescription from a U.S doctor with you. The prescription must be in your own name.

You still need a prescription from your US Dr.

Good luck walking into a pharmacy without a script in hand and asking to purchase controlled substances over the counter. If it was only that easy to get opioids, amphetamines, and Ketamine...

i think it's generally just a REALLY BAD idea. there are plenty of US doctors who are "loose with the prescription pad", so to speak, and will probably give you what you want with no hassle if you have a fairly legitimate reason (e.g., you have anxiety and you heard xanax is good).. and at least you know what you're getting from a legit pharmacy.

if its the money issue, i think you can fax your script from said US drug doctor up to canada and save on drug costs and save yourself the trip to mexico (which costs money anyway) and possibly getting your ****e seized at the border, which they can probably do even though it's technically legal and they can't charge you for a crime..

Thank you for showing me that link, I'm definitely gonna hit up one of those rogue sites. Oh, and how the hell did that guy OD on xanax, i just didnt know that was possible.

Well, for any of you that are interested I did go to Mexico. And I gotta tell ya I don't think I'm ever going again, it totally sucked. I don't want to get into detail, but I'll just say that I didn't find the drug that I was looking for. I did however find a drug that they called adderall but was actually something else.

However, if your looking to get prozac, viagra, or in some places ritalin you can legitimately buy it over the counter there. But as far as the hardcore stuff like opiates I dont think you can buy em legally over there. What a big disapointment that was....
