Hey everyone. There has been some stuff that's happened in my life recently which has led me to seeking out help for my social anxiety, and ways to understand it better. Along with people who know where I'm coming from and understand (even though everyone has different experiences, of course :p). And so here I am :) Apologies if I'm not making much sense- it's nearly midnight here (NZ). Cheers!
