I dont cope with sa. I just go through the routine of my day untill a day comes along that i feel better than the previous days. I dont do any type of coping skills or techniques. Perhaps this isnt healthy buy just plodding along is all I know. If there are coping skills that get an individual out of ruts in life quicker Id like to know some. I often wonder if anyone else is just plodding along untill things improve.
