Weird, I know, but it feels like an accomplishment:clap I have been nervous/anxious, but not to a debilitating state per usual.

I have been using Xanax here & there (not every day) for a few months, but this month I decided to just not take it anymore and so far so good. I think it IS a big deal because it can be so addicting! And no, it's not weird. I was starting to use it just to sleep rather than for anxious situations, and thought oh no, I better just quit it! So good for you too! :D

Yeah, that was my reasoning, I don't want to get addicted to it! Today is day #4. I'm definitely taking it Monday for my Calculus exam though:)

Congrats! It's a good feeling when you realize you don't have to use any outside forces to help you deal with your anxiety, as everything you need is already within yourself. It's not so much a matter of lacking any of the needed tools, rather the challenge lies in knowing where to best use them.
