Just clarification.
I don't see no reason why not, but it depends on many factors really.. like what anti-depressant you're talking about.. most are ok for long-term use, but some are not. The other factor is, some doctors will try different approaches to treating depression, for example medication used in combination with therapy and they might want to reduce anti-depressant dosage with a view to withdrawing you from it over a period of time (sometimes 2-3 years).. it depends what type of depression you have and how it responds to treatment.
