Hi everyone!

I've had social anxiety since I was a little boy, and as a man I still find myself dealing with its crippling effects. I've taken some good steps towards recovery like seeing a therapist and attending some group support sessions but they haven't really given me any significant relief from social anxiety.

Lately I've been looking into CBT as well as medicinal treatments and I'm hoping to learn a bit more about them.

I'm glad that you have tried making steps towards recovery. I'm guessing that social anxiety is not easy to recover from.
Don't give up trying to recover though. I'd def give cbt a try and maybe try googlin meds for social anxiety
