Went in for an interview at this online content company, and unlike the last one I went to at Best Buy, where I was over thinking, felt pressured, and basically looked like an idiot, I thought this interview went rather well. Last time there was constantly thinking what to say, constantly running over things in my mind and then actually walking in and acting like a deer in headlights, completely feeling frozen and unable to speak correctly.

I felt more prepared, and it seemed very casual, didn't have the looming pressure of the proper way to say what I want to say. In fact it didn't really feel like an interview, but like just talking to someone. Only thing that really could be improved upon is making more eye contact.

Awesome!!! You talk to them like a friend is what I do but don't try to sound canned. I have to make more eye contact too. I had a lot to say to today's interview but my mind gets cluttered and I could only say one thing at a time. I was hired tho! Good luck to you!
