After being out of school for about 3 years now and back into a year of post-grad school for training in a more specialized area I'm finding that I have much less anxiety about things I used to be so scared about.

No doubt it's because of anxiety work I've been doing after seeing just how much of a problem my anxiety was for me in 2008.

I unraveled some of my deep fears about speaking in public and my perception of what others think of me and have realized that a lot of that is based on lies I've been telling myself!

I'm so happy and proud of myself that I've finally been able to participate in class!

I am having similar issues with some of the things I do. It's weird how a little change in thought can do so much!

I'm less scared at night ? That's when I do a lot of thinking of how I wish my SA would go away and I always get the nerve more so with wanting to change it, then by morning I'm scared again. But lately I really want to find a support group and make some close friends. But so far no luck finding any ... But that's good u feel better at least in school.
