...But, according to my SAD score on the Liebowitz Social Anxiety scale, it went down from a 59 to a 46 in only ONE month! I thought I was kidding myself.

I test myself regularly with this scale and my SAD continuously decreases. Very cool...

To take the test, go to:

http://www.anxietyhelp.org/information/leibowitz.html

It's short, but it can help you know generally where you stand with your SAD in the same way you can weigh yourself on a scale...

Congratulations, The_Crucible!

Here's to continued success and a lower score next time. (Who would have thought that scoring low was a good thing!)

congratulations :)

I took the test again and mine has gone way down too! yay

not sure of the score previously but i know it was within the "80-95 Severe social phobia" range.
Scored a 65 this time "55-65 Moderate social phobia"

getting there, slowly.

Congrats for improving your SA :)

I took the test too

Your score:
57 (fear) + 54 (avoidance) = 111 :cry

Greater than 95 - Very severe social phobia

Not much of a surprise though. I haven't made real efforts to improve my condition.
