i wrote a note on facebook explaining my anxiety & BDD & added the ppl i wanted 2 kno abt my anxiety (& BDD.)
:).
my medicine is working rly well & when i go back 2 school i'm gonna be the same on the inside & the outside instead of being trapped inside myself lik i was 4 the past 2 years.

Wow, that's great! I bet your friends will be able to understand you better now, at least that was the case with me. Admitting your personal problems like that is hard, and you have to be very strong to do it. You're a tough girl.

Well done, ur ahead of me. I ve only been able to tell one person in my life so far but i know what you mean, it definitely feels great, like it s no longer as crippling as i once built it up in my mind.

I been planning on doing this as well. Might do so sometime this week with some newfound confidence I've had this week. Seeing this thread makes me even more motivated for people to understand me more

that's amazing.
today was my first day of school and i actually told a friend of mine about my anxiety and therapy sessions. surprisingly it felt good. also, school wasn't as bad as i thought it would be :)
