As well as SA. I had to go to this training for 2 weeks and I realized that I'm still unable to speak in classes/large social situations. I can only speak to people in small groups, like no more than 4 people. If someone has me speak in larger groups, nobody even hears me.
It's the same way at work. I only talk to certain people. I don't think I'm ever going to be able to stop this. What's worse, is I think I developed a slight stuttering problem.

Hello and welcome plastics!

Im the same, as im sure most people here are. But sadly i can also relate to the stuttering problem, well, not so much stuttering but rather just fumbling my words lately. I was always a well spoken person but over the last year ive noticed ive starting fumbling my words, always having to pause, slow down my thoughts and start again.
Anyway, welcome and i hope you find some solace here.
