So in late february I moved into a youth hostel and back then my sleeping pattern was...

Go to sleep around 12am and get up around 10am the following morning...

now I find it hard to fall asleep before 3am...

Its gotten worse now to the point where at 4AM/5AM I'm still awake.

There's just so much noise everywhere in the hostel and now my sleeping pattern is messed up.

Please help me any advice?

I happens to everyone. And its normal, i think you might started thinking while sleeping and surrounding noise won't let you sleep. What you can do is start some excersice everyday. When your body is tired you will automatically go to sleep for the noise you can use the ear tight earphone, they are very good in reducing noise and you will definately get a good sleep.

It my own experience. I do Night shift and in the morning i have to sleep. i do some excersice and eat some good food and put the earphone on my ears and go to healthy sleep.

Melatonin tablets may also help you get your sleep cycle back in order - you should consult a doctor about getting them.
