I made a list of things I like about myself I can look at when I am flooded by negative thoughts. For me the negative thoughts come easily, so im hoping a little positive reinforcement will force out some of those negative thoughts.

1. Im good with my hands
2. Im good at driving a car
3. People ask me for advice
4. People can trust me
5. Im good with my money
6. Im a fast learner
7. I dont depend on others as much as most people do
8. Im not ugly
9. Im in good health
10. Im aware of whats happening in most social situations (I just cant interact)
11. People still like hanging out with me even though Im awkward and dont talk a lot.
12. Im bilingual and multicultural.
13. I have potential I just dont seize my oppurtinities (is what im told)
14. I dont have to rely on drugs or alcohol to have a social life.
15. Im different from 90% of people out there and think with my own brain.
16. I dont blame my problems on other people or things.
17. Im finally doing something about my SA :)


It took me close to an hour to make this list haha. If it was a list of things I hate about myself Id have 100+ things by now, depending on how fast I can type.
