So back in middle school we had to learn ASL (American Sign Language) just the letters for a presentation and i have every letter memorized. For the past 7 or 8 years i have been spelling out the words in my head that i think of no matter where my hands are, i could be sitting or walking and my hands are to my side and when i get a thought i start spelling!! Is this part of OCD or is this a weird disorder?

It could be part of OCD. Either way, no one in this forum will be able to diagnose you. Your best bet is to discuss this with your doctor/therapist. I hope this doesn't sound unfriendly!
