From the point of view of someone who knows nothing about the situation, it simply looks like he is introducing that other guy?? I assume there is more to it?
Well, it's hard to say for sure, but it seems like the first time, Obama is clearly getting ready to shake hands, but after that he just plays it off by holding his hand out to the other guys like he's introducing them.
