So, we started a competition at work to see who could drink the most 1.5L bottles of water in a week. Silly, I know, but the grand prize was a gold star! (yes, we're weird)

Turns out that drinking litres upon litres of water makes me feel fantastic! Good bye sugar cravings, headaches, lethargy, muscle spasms and joint paint. Even my anxiety is going down a little bit. Who could have guessed that I was just dehydrated? Not me, apparently. Just thought I'd share this with the board to encourage others to become water winners, too. :) It helps, honest!

I totally agree, water is the answer for me in many cases, i just hate tap water so i don't drink enough mostly.
