tried it. And it worked good for reducing my symptoms temporary. However it was really hard to stick with it, just like exposure therapy.
I suggest to do it together with a therapist. But you can get good results too by doing it at home yourself. Some time ago there was a big thread about it, just search this forum for "selftherapy" and you will see there are many positive reviews about it. I found it too hard to keep up with it tho
