Write one sentence to a paragraph on what you'll do today to be the change you want to be. To tackle Social anxiety and be proud of yourself for doing it. Just one baby step at a time. Soon enough, neither of us will be here out of sadness, but instead to share our story of how we made it!

I'll come back from my lecture, sit at a coffee, and smile at a stranger.

I'm going to write down some notes on poses for camera and use these as templates to follow when I update my google+ blog.

How it tackles SA: When someone asks for my photo at an event/etc I have memorized some poses to do and won't feel inapt and unconfident. It's a social+ :)
