how much can a webcam cost meh?

I bought mine at Wal-mart for $30. This is actually my second one, I started out with a Logitech which was a horrible, horrible piece of crap. The picture was grainy, the colors weren't true, and the drivers were so crappy my computer couldn't even detect the camera. I returned it and got a Creative Labratories cam which is 100% better. I rarely my webcam anymore, I don't have anyone to chat with on cam and I have a digital camera now.

Yes, you can take pictures with most webcams although the picture quality isn't as clear and sharp as a digital camera.
