Supermarket woman = good
Health food store woman = very good

I noticed that girls were looking at me, like this one I crossed paths with twice in the chemist/beauty shop as we walked down an isle, our eyes met but she seemed really timid and avoidant.
Then, later on down the other end of the massive shopping mall she was on the escalator going down while I was going up and we looked at each other.

It was weird but like, maybe she's like me and doesn't like making eye contact; I thought she was cute.

Two ppl at theater. Ticket person & food person. consisted of them "can I help you". me saying Hi, yea I'd like such & such. them giving it to me x$ & me saying thank you , smiling & walking away. Wooh, all that social interaction has got me plum tuckered out.

hm.. work went pretty well today. oddly enough, i think i'm gaining favor in a weird sort of way.. i gave up my shift and didn't talk to hardly anyone and it felt sort of like a failure, but i was way more tired than usual and wrote it off in my mind as an exception.

did okay with friends.. wasn't carrying any conversation like i did yesterday.. there were awkward silences and i filled them with random filler questions (aka "small talk"). overall, not bad, but not good (like yesterday) either.

a new addition! my friend's mom's boyfriend. we had a little motorcycle talk, but overall i failed to contribute any interesting conversation.. he didn't do his part either, and since he was the one making the effort to talk to me (a reverse of the usual), it was a mutual failure -- or more nothing gained, nothing lost.

:)

Partner - doesnt count, we've lived together for 4+ years.
Dad - On the road to a better relationship, I laughed alot. But no actual conversation on my part. I was at his work (train driver) went for a train ride.
Dads work friend - I said hi and listened? Then I said cya.
My brother - I tried.. but usually ends up in silence. 'Whats news?' 'Nothing' 'What ya doing?' 'Nothing' 'Okay' 'Is mum home?' lol. Hes quiet like me.

Lady at the casino: okay, but she was kind of rude. Probably because I asked her if she could move because her cigarette right in my face was bothering me.
My aunt: Good, I guess. We just talk about her clients at work.
Mom: We argued, so it wasn't that good.

Couldn't tell ya. I work at a bar, so I end up talking to multiple people. Talked to a couple cute girls and it went alright. Was arm wrestling one of them because she bet me she could kick my ***. I wasted her obviously. She (about 5'4", 110 lbs) vs me (6'4", 250). It was fun though. She was just like "Please a few more minutes to finish my drink?" Me: "you already wasted two minutes losing to me." We laughed, she leans in. "But I'm cute." "Yes, you are. But that doesn't change my job, so now you got two minutes instead of four." We laughed a little more and BS'd, but she was talking back at her table like "that guy's ****ing strong." She had set herself against the table and put her arm down, but when I actually tried against her, I lifted her out of her seat to pin her wrist. Was a good time. I wasn't very nervous, and she was really pleasant to talk to.

Couple other randoms that went well or a little worse, but that was really nice. If I wasn't so certain that she was there with her boyfriend I probably could have easily gotten her number at least. So overall a pretty good night. :) Victory is mine, SA!

i'm in a hellish situation today. My parents have invited this guy to stay with us for 4 days. Yesterday she threw him a major party with around 15 guests. I had to serve them tea and food while they made stuipd comments at me and eyed me down. I just smiled at them and said hi.

I'm guessing online interactions don't count? And texting probably doesn't count.

So today I talked to two people - my sister and mom... over the phone. It went well. :stu

I talked to another SAS member by phone on Saturday -- they were using their free weekend minutes and we talked for 1 hour & 15 minutes.

My roommate doesn't count, so 1. I said "Hi", "No" (x 2) and "Thanks" to a drug store employee. I guess it was okay.

Today, I spoke to my parents for a brief moment, but mostly to discuss the habit I have of minimzing everything whenever they come near. I haven't spoken to anyone but them, however briefly I do, in nearly a month... aside from a few words to a doctor a week prior (non-SA related).

And I regret to announce that I truly do not care. I've no drive for socializing anymore.
