I often have something I want to say but I just don't. If I'm on a date with a girl and I think she looks amazing (I'm thinking this for an obsene length of time), I know its normal to compliment her but I just don't. I automatically seem to hold back any enthusiasm. Is there anything I can do/practice to make it easier? Or maybe I just have to do it. Anyone else have similar problems? Probably just me.... :/

Its bad because I know girls like it and its kind of free points. And I'd really mean it. Also there are other areas that I hold back in. Its a problem. I'm comfortable with her... yet I still can't do it.
