Problem fixed.
You should probably call your manufacturer but when I did it I just turned on the computer and kept hitting the f11 button as soon as the computer came on then you just follow the prompts to do a system restore. This was for an hp lapatop though. I don't know if that will work for yours. I'm pretty sure it was F11 but again you should probably call your manufacturer. They walked me through it the 1st time and then I was able to do it thereafter.I'm going to try that, Meee. Thanks.
How do you do this? My laptop didn't come with CDs when I bought it, so might have to do this.
I have an external hard drive where I can put all my things at.
Is it a Dell, HP, or something else? How do you do this? My laptop didn't come with CDs when I bought it, so might have to do this.
yeah,my old compaq had that. I did a quick wipe, though because i was tired of it installing 50 stupid other programs i did not need.Is it a Dell, HP, or something else?
I know the HP laptops i've dealt with have the recovery data on the hard disk (unless it's been wiped). And some others (like Advent & some Dells) have an application to burn a recovery DVD.
