I have no idea what a beep test is, but it sounds like it might be sadistic!
Working on getting more athletic; last time I went biking I did a 19.5km ride where about half of it was steady uphill. A few weeks ago I could do maybe half that so I'm making progress; I recover faster now, anyway! I record my rides on the gps and load them into google earth for puppy's and giggles. I like reviewing the route and seeing the elevation profile. It's entertaining because It's strangely entertaining playing back the route and watching the little arrow trod along.
If we are talking endurance type tests like running miles or something like that then I would do poorly as I'm out of cardio shape. If we're talking about jumping over a fence while using a close by wall to push off with your legs I could do stuff like that.
